Family Law

I handle all matters related to or arising out of divorce, including child custody and visitation, child support, alimony or spousal support, and the distribution of marital assets. I work with clients at all stages of a marital breakup, from the initial filing through post-decree requests for enforcement or modification. My non-divorce family law work includes child abuse and neglect cases, paternity actions, juvenile offenses and guardianship proceedings.

Criminal Defense and DUI

I defend men, women and juveniles on most misdemeanor and felony charges, from traffic violations and shoplifting to sex crimes and child abuse. In DUI cases, I handle the criminal proceeding as well as the license suspension hearing.
